Before we treat, we look for the moisture source, because mold comes back where water keeps getting in. Then our equipment applies a fine sterilant vapor to treat mold on surfaces throughout the treated space, with people and pets out of the property while it runs.
Most jobs need little or no tear-out, and a typical home treatment takes 4 to 6 hours.
Helps resist regrowth
After the vapor stage, we apply an antimicrobial protectant to treated surfaces. It helps them resist mold regrowth, and it works best once the moisture problem has been fixed.
When the job is done, air samples go to an independent lab and you get the lab's report. If the follow-up test shows the treatment didn't take, we re-treat at no charge.
